Zero stars would have been more accurate if there was such an option.Phone calls, personal visit, multiple letters and no human reply in 5 months and even when one elects to go to court they cant even get that organised…Would love to see a council whom operate with honesty, focus and high standards of customer service!

Can't fix a broken, ugly and dangerous wall on Warnbro Sound avenue. The wall is endangering it's residents, it's endangering our property and it's lowering our house prices and the City of Rockingham refuse to do anything about it

I wanted to give 5 black stars.I spend hours to speak with the council without any results. They started the roadwork in Elantra Drive last December. Without finish the work after cup of days roadwork people stoped to work without finishing the job. Children cross the busy road every day going to school. It is very dangerous to cross the road without the lines.The alloways are dirty. The tree branches are over the footpath in Woodbridge Drive.The dogs run unsupervised in the park. No restriction sign about dogs in the park at the corner of Elanora Dr and Woodbridge Dr.The shire rates are getting more expensive but people live in Woodbridge Estate are treated as second class citizens.

As far as councils go it doesn't get much worse. This local council decided a few years ago to roll out the three bin program, only problem is the household waste bin is tiny and the green waste bin has been on hold for 2 years. Im in a household with 5 people and we regularly run out of bin space, the councils solution for us was buy another bin at $229 what a joke. In the meantime I regularly see Barry Samuels having three hour lunches at various restaurants on the foreshore, Im glad to see my taxes going to such a worthwhile cause. Thanks for nothing you incompetent, corrupt idiots. !
